ValueImpact works with various non-governmental organizations and health facilities to support strengthening of health systems to bridge the gap between knowledge and quality clinical practice through training, mentorship and coaching.

This incorporates didactic training with post training supportive supervision and coaching to effectively reinforce learning processes, bridge the know-do gap, improve problem solving skills, and overall clinical performance.
